• Pile on about 4 inches of straw or lucerne hay .
• Then put on about inches of really good compost or soil conditioner.
• Add another layer of wet newspaper.
• Add some more blood and bone.
• Then 4 more inches of compost.
• On top of that put another 4 inches of hay.
• Give it a really good water and wait two weeks before planting.
• When time for planting make a small hole in the mulch and plant.
